1st Amendment: "right of assembly" and "petition for grievances"

What with the Montana attack on the press (literally) and Secretary Price’s journalist’s (that dared to ask a question) arrest; I thought this action by another congressman (Frelinghuysen-NJ R) might interest you. He wrote to a supporter and informed them that one of the supporter’s employees was protesting Rep Frelinghuysen’s actions.

1st Amendment - Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
