Erosion of the 1st Amendment’s . . .

"right of the people peaceably to assemble." Bloomberg News has an article “The Resistance Will Have All the Proper Permits” that details the evolution of protesting from the ‘60s/’70s to now. Interesting, how much “planning” or “management” is required for successful and peaceful demonstration executions. “Whoever would overthrow the liberty of a nation must begin by subduing the freedom of speech.” Benjamin Franklin

1st Amendment - Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
